Analysts Adjust Coursera Price Targets Amid AI Focus

RBC Capital Markets analyst Rishi Jaluria maintained an Outperform rating on Coursera Inc. (NYSE:COUR) on January 5, while lowering his price target from $13 to $11. This adjustment still implies an upside of nearly 51%.

Jaluria pointed to AI-related catalysts expected to drive performance in 2026. He noted that businesses positioned to capitalize on such developments would benefit, while others unprepared might struggle with narratives around AI disruption. The analyst observed GenAI-related innovation trends and enterprise spending in specific areas, despite some conservatism in early 2026 guidance.

Earlier, on December 17, Bank of America Securities analyst Nafeesa Gupta maintained a Neutral rating on Coursera. Her estimated target price of $12 suggests an upside potential of almost 65% for investors.

Gupta based her stance on the company's global user base and extensive ecosystem of complementary content. She highlighted how Coursera's proprietary platform is set to leverage AI-driven developments, which could transform the online learning experience. Gupta also referenced the company's forward-looking EV/2026E Sales multiple of 1.4x, leading to her $12 price target estimate.
