Jim Cramer recently scrutinized Rubrik, Inc. (NYSE:RBRK) on his show. He noted the stock's sharp movement following its earnings release.
"Sometimes, when you report a truly great quarter, your stock soars, and then a few days later, comes right back down," Cramer said. "Take Rubrik, the data security company that turned in a blowout quarter a little over a month ago. It was a huge beat that sent the stock legitimately flying from $70 to $86 the next day, and it charged higher for the next couple of sessions before peaking at $92 and change. Since then, Rubrik's pulled back hard, coming down to around $69 today, meaning you're basically getting that fantastic quarter for free."
During the lightning round of the December 22, 2025, episode, a caller inquired about Rubrik. Cramer responded directly to the question.
"Oh my God, I think Bipul's doing a fantastic job," Cramer stated. "I can't say enough about how great the trajectory of this company is. I think you should own it, continue to own it."
Rubrik provides data security and protection solutions across cloud, enterprise, and SaaS environments. Its platform includes threat analytics, cyber recovery, and data security posture management.
