MGI Worldwide, a UK-based accountancy association, has added Ivory Coast-based Cabinet d'Expertise Comptable & de Conseils (CE2C) to its network, expanding its presence in West Africa.
The firm, founded in 2014, operates from Abidjan, Ivory Coast's main economic centre. It is led by general manager Oura Kondro, a chartered accountant registered with the Ordre des Experts-Comptables de Côte d’Ivoire, who serves as MGI's key contact.
CE2C employs 13 in-house professionals and works with four external consultants. It serves local and international clients, offering support throughout the business life cycle.
Services include assistance with company incorporation, bookkeeping, recurring tax and social security declarations, preparation of annual financial statements, and wider business advisory work. The firm carries out statutory and contractual audits.
CE2C frequently audits development projects, often won via competitive tender, funded by bodies such as the World Bank and the African Development Bank. These project audits extend beyond Ivory Coast to West, Central, and East Africa.
Oura Kondro said, "Joining MGI Worldwide is a key step in our development strategy. By pooling skills and experience across the network, we can keep improving the quality of service we deliver to our clients."
"Our clients’ needs are increasingly cross-border. MGI Worldwide will help us strengthen our international capabilities and visibility, so we can support growth – both for CE2C and for the organisations we advise," Kondro added.
"We are committed to meeting the network’s requirements and contributing actively to MGI Worldwide’s influence in Côte d’Ivoire, in a true win–win spirit."
MGI Worldwide's network comprises more than 8,800 professionals, including accountants and tax specialists, working across around 440 offices in nearly 100 countries.
