The acquisition of 27 stores in Ontario is pending regulatory approvals and is expected to be finalized later.

In its third-quarter 2025 financial report, SNDL delivered a record quarterly free cash flow of $16.7 million. For the first nine months of the year, the company generated a positive cumulative free cash flow of $7.7 million. Net revenue increased by 3.1% year over year to $244 million. The company noted strength in its Cannabis segment offset challenges in its Liquor Retail business.
